Over 30 years industry experience with a graduate degree in Civil Engineering Mr. Premchand started his carrier as an engineer at Andhra Pradesh Police Housing Corporation in the year 1984.After working 11 years at Andhra Pradesh Police Housing Corporation he started his business in the year 1995 along with his friends .He has done enormous land development projects & construction of apartments over the past 19 years.

He is a well experienced civil engineer & he built his skills from grass-root level which made him standing tall over the past 3 decades in the industry.
